The Longhorn Miaos.
"The Longhorn Miaos are known for their unique hair structures, created over a long horn-like wooden structure, where hair from ancestors is included, now dyed wool is used, as it otherwise became too heavy to carry around, spun and carried up from wool yarn.
This hair splendor symbolizes the connection to their ancestors/women and life as farmers.

"We have become administrators in a top-down state, where individuals are managed as resources and not for their individuality.

This has made us culturally rootless, as the personal and motivating aspects of meeting diversity appreciatively,

is replaced with cold calculation in an over-authoritarian form of government in an attempt at omnipotence, but which becomes a manic impotence, since it is not in human nature to be disenfranchised."

Spoken from the horse's mouth, I heard it myself!
